P01.20.001 Apologies for absence Cllr N Tile, Cllr P Booth and Cllr S Boughton

P01.20.002 Declarations of interest: Cllr Aldis confirmed that any necessary declarations of interest will be raised when the Committee are considering matters throughout the course of the meeting.

P01.20.003 Minutes of the last meeting: The minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 5 November 2019 were proposed by Cllr Luxford-Vaughan, seconded by Cllr Evans and approved as an accurate record of proceedings.

WTC support this application. The only reservation concerns provision of designated parking for the takeaway aspect. However, WTC do accept that there is free parking on Vine Parade which will be more readily available during the evenings as most of the businesses are closed.

P01.20.005 Planning Appeals: No planning appeals have been received from the Planning Authority.

P01.20.007 Local Plan; Update from the Chair; Cllr Aldis reported that the Hearing starts on 14 January 2020 and will run for 2 weeks. Cllr

Luxford-Vaughan reported on the Matters to be heard, the timetable and the planned representations.

The Neighbourhood Plan was considered and progress noted. It was agreed that this would going forward be included as an agenda item each month.

The Committee expressed disappointment in the loss of hedgerow at Salary Brook. WTC will be following this matter up with CBC. Police involvement has been confirmed and charges are to be determined and brought against the perpetrators. It was agreed that a letter would be sent from WTC.

P01.20.008 Leisure and Community Services SPD: It was noted that the monthly report had been previously circulated.

P01.20.009 Date and time of the next meeting: The date of the next Planning Committee meeting was agreed as Tuesday 4 February 2020 at 7.30pm

The Chair closed the meeting at 20.35
